Great Staff but Room Needs Updates
We spent two nights in a spacious suite. The staff, especially Galya, went above and beyond to accommodate our group. However, the beds were uncomfortable, and the pool's closure was disappointing. Bring your own pillows for a better night's sleep!

We had a fantastic stay in the One-Bedroom Suite, enjoying the cozy kitchen for our family meals and the comfy living room where we relaxed at night. The outdoor pool and sauna were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the furniture shows a bit of wear, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 🌟

great location but a few improvements needed
The reception staff were extremely helpful throughout my 11-night stay and they managed to keep everything running smoothly despite ongoing renovations. I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in the one-bedroom suite which made meal prep easy and enjoyable.
The bedroom could have been a little bigger with a door to close it off rather than a sliding door.

I loved the fresh seasonal fruits at the PlumpJack Cafe and devoured their homemade pastries! The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries like Granite Bistro Cafe and Starbucks just a hop away.
Studio Room #110 needs repairs and renovation. The towel rack on the shower was broken, and exposed nails were tearing up the carpet. It was disappointing!

Fantastic location and ample space for families
We absolutely loved the location, which is perfect for skiing and outdoor activities. Our loft suite was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable base for our family. The staff was very helpful and quick to assist with any needs we had. However, I'd suggest improving the upkeep of the rooms, as some elements felt a bit dated.

Our stay was mostly enjoyable. the ski-in/ski-out access was a dream, and waking up to stunning mountain views made our trip unforgettable. The spacious loft was cozy and well-appointed, but some of the appliances showed signs of age. Overall, I would love to return!
